The extremely compact design has been created to take up minimal space and is designed for pressures of up to 3000 bar – even for the lowest throughput rates.

‘Manifold’ principle

Spray applications often require the use of multiple pressure nozzles connected in sequence to achieve the desired effect. For this, the nozzles need to be installed at defined distances from one another and generally need to be supplied individually – and in a coordinated manner. These types of constructions make maintenance and cleaning work time-consuming and susceptible to errors.

A cross section of the individual connecting body made from Plexiglas clearly shows how the individual nozzles are supplied using just one supply line. The distribution within the connecting body is worked out on an individual basis depending on the application. Reproducible results guaranteed.

Accessories for the 600 model series

The DH 600 SCHMIDT EHS nozzle holder ensures a proper connection and allows for quick nozzle changes. Equipped with standard connection thread 3/8 x 24 UNF IG, left-hand thread – other connection threads on request.
